The Gilbert branch of Chicago Title brings over 35 years of experience to you and your clients. Theresa Bolin has been in the industry nearly 30 years, all in the Mesa area. Theresa handles a national relocation account, and also is able to process any residential escrow, from short sales to manufactured homes to seller carryback financing transactions.

As Branch Manager, It is my responsibilty to insure you and your clients receive exceptional service throughout the escrow process, and as required, after the transaction has closed. I have 25 years of management experience, with the last 10 years at Chicago Title.
