How do you explain escrow to a 6 year old? I had to do that 11 years ago to my son. This story reminds me that even when talking to buyers and sellers, we have to remember they are probably not up on our “lingo”. This applies not only to escrow, but to agents and lenders too… I always look for a “plain language” explanation whenever possible. Do you?
